Rebuild your own Peco and LCR top deck rollers with our UHMW wheel kit: two pusher wheels, two roller wheels, bolts and washers.
In-bay automatic parts

Prolonging the life of your rollers
Three basic steps we walk every operator through.
Cleanliness
Grit and chemical build-up is what kills a roller early. Keep the trench and the roller bodies clean.
Alignment
A misaligned conveyor wears one side of every roller in the tunnel. Check it on a schedule.
Rotate
Rotating rollers through the chain evens out wear and buys you months of extra service.
